how to order / license images

Use this online catalogue to browse for suitable pictures. We have designed this site so that the pages of thumbnail images will load fast.If you go to image catalogue you will find a broad subject index together with page numbers. Click on page numbers to take you to pages of relevant thumbnails ; click on a thumbnail to load a larger image.

We will be adding pages as new photographs become available and the index will become more comprehensive but if you need us to search for something specific you need only email library@agripicture.com . If your request is urgent for same day despatch it is best to phone (scroll down for contact details)

If you find an image which you may wish to use you can save the file to your disk. This is done by placing your pointer over an image and clicking your right mouse button. Follow the "save" prompt. You have the right to use images on this site for layout purposes. Please read our copyright notice

When you find one or more images you wish to consider for a project we need the following information to post transparencies to new customers.

1. Your company name and address for post
2. Company name and address for invoicing if different from above
3. Contact name(s) at your company with tel/fax/email etc
4. Type of business - ie design; engineering, feed company etc. Your URL if you have one would be useful

When you have decided to use one or more images we need the following information for each use to be able to issue you with a "license to use" invoice. Some categories will not apply for some uses. The price will depend on use

1. The image reference number
2. The size of reproduction in square cm or full page 1/2 page etc of a standard A4 page size
3. The print run ie quantity printed of leaflets, calendars etc
4. The country / territory the picture will be published ie UK , Europe, World etc
5. Time of use required (default is one year unless specified)
6. Type of company (if different to account address) if for brochure / advertising use. This information allows us to monitor / control / embargo use by competing businesses despite most uses being "non-exclusive". We make strenuous efforts to ensure that the same or similar images are not used by competing businesses at the same time.

All the photographs in this catalogue are available as 70mm high resolution duplicates which you will need for final reproduction.

If you are in the UK we can make a deeper search for you which is free if you can accept images for viewing by email. If we need to use the post for next day delivery and no use is made of pictures we charge a service fee of 20 UK pounds.

Unfortunately we cannot service overseas requests with original transparencies, however we aim to be able to offer a digital delivery system with VISA payment in the future
